PAANY Organizes Panel on the American Justice System at the Georgetown Pakistan Public Policy Conclave (GP3C)

November 15, 2025, Washington DC.  Evidencing its continuing commitment to advancing legal discourse and dialogue on timely topics of societal import, PAANY organized a panel at the Georgetown Pakistan Public Policy Conclave (GP3C) held at Georgetown University in partnership with Georgetown University’s South Asia Society and the Pak Futures Foundation. The panel was titled “Law, Identity & Power: Pakistani-Americans in the American Justice System” and was moderated by PAANY member Roshaan Wasim. The esteemed panelists included PAANY member Asher Qazi, Manar Waheed and Judge Zia M. Faruqui. Panelists discussed the prevailing issues affecting access to justice, fairness and judicial reform and strategies to uphold the rule of law.
